Résumé : Le présent article explique la valeur méthodologique de l’ « anthroposociologie transcendantale » chez Marcel Gauchet. C’est une méthode de recherche à la fois anthropologique et sociologique, dont l’objectif principal est d’établir un rapport d’unité historique entre l’humain et la société. Une méthode qui permet de comprendre de manière intelligible l’histoire pour mieux comprendre l’être et la société d’aujourd’hui. Elle s’inscrit dans la perspective d’une philosophie de l’histoire en traversant des disciplines comme le structuralisme, l’herméneutique et la phénoménologie. Ainsi, il arrive à établir le processus historique de l’émergence du politique en partant de l’analyse de l’origine du pouvoir. Il découvre la loi de structuration de la société par la division originaire et l’institution du pouvoir par la société. 

Abstract: This article explains the methodological value of “transcendental anthroposociology” in Marcel Gauchet. It is a method of research that is both anthropological and sociological, the main objective of which is to establish a relationship of historical unity between humans and society. A method that makes it possible to understand history in an intelligible way to better understand being and society today? It is part of the perspective of a philosophy of history by crossing disciplines such as structuralism, hermeneutics ant phenomenology. Thus, he manages to establish the historical process of the emergence of politics starting from the analysis of the origin of power. He discovers the law of structuring society by the original division and the institution of power by society.
